Celem niniejszej Polityki Prywatności jest wyjaśnienie zasad, na jakich przetwarzane są Państwa dane osobowe przez Recrewter Sp. z o.o. oraz wskazanie Państwa podstawowych praw związanych z przetwarzaniem przez nas Państwa danych osobowych.

Administrator danych osobowych

Administratorem danych osobowych jest Recrewter Sp. z o.o., pl. Wolności 7, 50-071

Wrocław (dalej „Administrator). Zbieramy dane osobowe i przetwarzamy je na zasadach określonych w przepisach o ochronie danych osobowych, w tym w rozporządzeniu Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) („RODO”) oraz w

polskich przepisach wydanych w związku z RODO, w tym ustawie z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych. Zachowujemy dane osobowe w poufności i zabezpieczamy je przed nieupoważnionym dostępem osób trzecich, na zasadach określonych w w/w aktach prawnych. Informacje o zasadach przetwarzania danych osobowych

1. Klienci (potencjalni pracodawcy, szukający pracowników do pracy)

Przetwarzamy dane osobowe Klientów (w przypadku osób fizycznych) oraz osób reprezentujących Klientów, w tym również dane osobowe pracowników i współpracowników Klientów (będący osobami do kontaktu z nami, osobami wykonującymi umowę) w zakresie: imienia i nazwiska, adresu e-mail, numeru telefonu w następujących celach:

a) w celu zawarcia, realizacji i rozliczenia umowy pomiędzy Klientem a nami, jak również podjęcia stosownych działań na żądanie Klienta, przed zawarciem w/w umowy (art. 6 ust.1 lit. b) RODO),

b) nawiązania współpracy biznesowej i bieżącego kontaktu z Klientem (w przypadku osoby

fizycznej) oraz osobami reprezentującymi Klienta, w tym z jego pracownikami i współpracownikami (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO - prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora),

c) w celu ochrony przed roszczeniami i w celu dochodzenie własnych roszczeń (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO - prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora).

Możemy udostępniać Państwa dane osobowe podmiotom upoważnionym na podstawie przepisów prawa oraz zewnętrznym dostawcom usług (tj. podmiotom, którym Administrator powierzył przetwarzanie danych osobowych, np. podmiotom świadczącym usługi IT, udostępnienia serwerów, prawne, doradcze w zakresie rekrutacji).

Państwa dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich ani organizacji międzynarodowych. Dane osobowe są przetwarzane przez nas przez okres obowiązywania umowy, a po jej zakończeniu do czasu upływu terminów przedawnienia związanych z umową, lub przez okres niezbędny do realizacji celów, ze względu na które je przetwarzamy. Państwa dane nie będą podlegać zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu. Pracownicy i współpracownicy Klientów, osoby reprezentujące Klientów - pozyskujemy Państwa dane od Klientów, celem nawiązania współpracy biznesowej oraz zawarcia i realizacji umowy.

2. Kandydaci do pracy

Przetwarzamy dane osobowe kandydatów do pracy (tj. osób wysyłających do nas swoje CV, celem znalezienia przez nas pracy dla kandydata):

a) w celu prowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego, udziału w przyszłych rekrutacjach oraz w celach marketingowych, na podstawie zgody (art. 6, ust. 1 lit. a) RODO),

b) w celu kontaktu z Kandydatem (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO - prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora),

c) w celu ochrony przed roszczeniami i w celu dochodzenie własnych roszczeń (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO - prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora),

d) w ramach profilowania, w celu skierowania do kandydata odpowiedniej i najbardziej optymalnej oferty pracy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO - prawnie uzasadniony interes

Administratora: przyspieszenie i usprawnienie procesu rekrutacji); Możemy udostępniać dane osobowe potencjalnym pracodawcom, podmiotom upoważnionym na podstawie przepisów prawa oraz zewnętrznym dostawcom usług (tj. podmiotom, którym Administrator powierzył przetwarzanie danych osobowych, np. podmiotom świadczącym usługi IT, udostępnienia serwerów, prawne, doradcze w zakresie rekrutacji). W przypadku prowadzenia rekrutacji na rzecz potencjalnego pracodawcy mającego siedzibę spoza Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego (EOG), Państwa dane osobowe będą mogły zostać przekazane do państwa trzeciego, w którym siedzibę ma potencjalny pracodawca, w przypadku stwierdzenia przez Komisję Europejską odpowiedniego stopnia ochrony istniejącego w danym państwie lub zawarcia umowy gwarantującej odpowiedni poziom ochrony, m.in. na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych.

Państwa dane osobowe będą przechowywane nie dłużej nie potrzeba do realizacji celu, w którym zostały zgromadzone albo do czasu cofnięcia zgody lub wniesienia sprzeciwu. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, brak zgody uniemożliwi udział w procesie lub procesach rekrutacyjnych, przesyłanie ofert marketingowych (w drodze telefonicznej lub e-mail) przez nas lub podmioty powiązane. Państwa dane osobowe mogą podlegać profilowaniu, poprzez automatyczne dopasowanie

Państwa profilu pod oferty pracy najlepiej pasujące do Państwa.

3. Osoby korzystające z komunikatora internetowego Messenger

W przypadku zainicjowania przez Państwa rozmowy (chatu) z nami za pośrednictwem komunikatora internetowego Messenger, dostępnego na stronie internetowej www.recrewter.pl, przetwarzamy Państwa dane osobowe w celu kontaktu z Państwem i odpowiedzi na Państwa pytania zadane w trakcie w/w rozmowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO -prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora). Możemy udostępniać Państwa dane osobowe podmiotom upoważnionym na podstawie przepisów prawa oraz zewnętrznym dostawcom usług (tj. podmiotom, którym Administrator powierzył przetwarzanie danych osobowych, np. podmiotom świadczącym usługi IT, udostępnienia serwerów, prawne, doradcze w zakresie rekrutacji). Państwa dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich ani organizacji międzynarodowych. Państwa dane osobowe będą przechowywane nie dłużej nie potrzeba do realizacji celu, w którym zostały zgromadzone albo do czasu wniesienia sprzeciwu. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, brak ich podania uniemożliwi prowadzenie rozmowy (chatu) za pośrednictwem komunikatora internetowego Messenger. Państwa dane nie będą podlegać zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu. Państwa prawa (dotyczy wszystkich osób wskazanych powyżej) Mają Państwo prawo do żądania od nas dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania lub prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych. Powyższe uprawnienia mogą być jednak ograniczone przez szczególny przepis prawa. W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych, mogą Państwo cofnąć swoją zgodę w dowolnym momencie, bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Ciasteczka

1. Serwis zbiera w sposób automatyczny tylko informacje zawarte w plikach cookies.

a) in order to conclude, perform and settle the contract between the Client and us, as well as to take appropriate actions at the Client's request, before concluding the abovementioned contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR),

b) for establishing business cooperation and ongoing contact with the Client (in case of natural persons) and persons representing the Client, including Client’s employees and associates (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR - the Controller's legitimate interest),

c) in order to protect against claims and to pursue own claims (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR - the Controller's legitimate interest). We may disclose personal data to the entities authorized under the law, as well as to the external service providers (i.e. the entities to which the Controller entrusted the processing of personal data, e.g. entities providing IT, server access, legal, recruitment consulting services). Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Personal data is processed by us for the term of the contract, and after its termination until the expiry of the limitation periods related to the contract, or for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which we process them. Your data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling. Clients' employees, associates and persons representing Clients - we obtain your data from the Clients in order to establish business cooperation and conclude and perform the contract.

We process job candidates’ personal data (i.e. people sending us their CVs in order for us to find a job for a candidate):

a) for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process, participation in future recruitments and for marketing purposes, on the basis of consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR),

b) in order to contact the Candidate (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR - the Controller's legitimate interest),

c) in order to protect against claims and to pursue own claims (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR - the Controller's legitimate interest),

d) for profiling, in order to address the appropriate and optimal job offer to a candidate (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR) – the Controller’s legitimate interest - acceleration and

improvement of effectiveness of the recruitment process). We may disclose personal data to the potential employers, entities authorized under the law, as well as to the external service providers (i.e. the entities to which the Controller entrusted the processing of personal data, e.g. entities providing IT, server access, legal, recruitment consulting services). In case of recruitment to potential employers with registered office outside the European Economic Area (EEA), your personal data may be transferred to a third country where a potential employer has its registered office, if the European Commission decides that an adequate level of protection is ensured in a third country or in case of conclusion of an agreement guaranteeing an adequate level of protection, inter alia based on standard contractual clauses. Your personal data will be stored no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or until the withdrawal of consent or objection. Providing personal data is voluntary, the lack of consent will prevent from the participation in the recruitment process or processes, sending marketing offers (by phone or e-mail) by us or related entities. Your personal data may be profiled by automatically matching your profile to the most suitable job offers for you.

If you initiate a chat with us via the Messenger, available on the website www.recrewter.pl, we process your personal data in order to contact you and answer your questions asked during the conversation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR - the Controller's legitimate interest). We may disclose personal data to the potential employers, entities authorized under the law, as well as to the external service providers (i.e. the entities to which the Controller entrusted the processing of personal data, e.g. entities providing IT, server access, legal, recruitment consulting services). Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Your personal data will be stored no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or until the withdrawal of consent or objection.
